Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.  In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies to all appointments:

  1. As a courtesy to everyone, we thank you for being prompt. Late arrivals can only be extended to the time remaining in the scheduled session.
  2. We have a 24-hour Cancellation Policy. Any cancellations that occur 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled appointment time are able to be re-scheduled at no additional cost to the client.
  3. Any cancellations that occur within the 24-hour period will result in a Cancelled Booking Fee.  The fee charged will be 50% of the value of the service for the booking that you made and subsequently cancelled.  At our discretion, this charge will be applied to your client account (including “Value Plans” and “Gift Certificates”).  As payment is taken in full at the time of booking, a 50% credit will remain on your client account to be used against a future booking.  Refunds are entirely at the discretion of Enliven Remedial and Pregnancy Massage.
  4. Clients who make an appointment and subsequently fail to present for their designated session (and have not contacted the clinic to cancel their appointment), will incur a “no-show” fee which is equal to 100% of the value of the service for the missed appointment.
