Sports massage is specifically targeted for active people with a goal to increase range of movement and support musculature during activity to reduce injury.
For the avid sports enthusiast we are also happy to work with personal trainers and coaches to create a programme tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
Reducing Dysfunction
Remedial massage is designed to reduce discomfort caused by injury, poor posture, repetitive use and protective and compensation behaviours.
Starting with an assessment for each client, a programme is devised to improve function and reduce the likelihood of re-occurrence.
Nurturing Growth
Pregnancy massage provides the support and care for an expectant mother through all trimesters of pregnancy. Utilising whole body techniques to increase comfort throughout the gestational period, including reducing hip, shoulder and neck pain.
Building Bonds
Infant massage training provides the support for families to assist their babies to prevent and relieve colic, constipation, and painful gas whilst also enhancing the bonding process, strengthening the immune system, increasing sleep and much more.
